Candidates are responsible for applying with the Alaska State Board of Nursing for certification. Completing your exam through Credentia is only one step of the application process. Complete initial and renewal application requirements can be found on the Board’s website at www.commerce.alaska.gov. All applications must be submitted to the board via US mail or online after creating a MyAlaska/MY LICENSE account.
